Wendy Yates is a luxury designer turned real estate investor, developer advisor, and founder building intelligence for the built world.
My work began with how people experience a space: its light, materials, proportions, and the way it makes everyday life feel.
Working across homes, hospitality, and development brought the larger decisions into focus. What gets built. Where capital goes. Which materials are chosen. What a project gives back to its surroundings.
The Haus W brings that perspective together—from the intimacy of a room to the infrastructure behind what comes next.
